The Waterslide in the Dessert

The Waterslide in the Dessert

I have seen many marketers who failed because they didn't find the exact place to serve. They visited place to place but they didn't find an actual thing in the market what they want.

They didn't find the hot market so Russell is telling about one method called "The Underachiever Method".
It will help you to grow yours in an exact way. Sometimes we have everything right. We have good products and we have a good community but we failed.

We have a community and place like Facebook where we can find the people whom we will serve.
But we didn't find them.

The Underachiever Method
3 Steps to give clarity about what we can do.

Step 1:- Find the hot market
Step 2:- Ask them what they want
Step 3:- Give it to them

Mainly what others do they made product first and find people according to them but they forgot about actual what your people want?
Sometimes people buy a small value thing with a large amount but they didn't want to buy a big thing with a small amount. Think Why?
It is the only thing people spend their money only where they find the actual thing that will help them.

We just have to do reverse engineer means first we find the hot market and find out what they want and what is the issue they are facing.
Can we help them?
Focus on that thing which they are buying already and that related to your niche and in which thing you are passionate about.

It is a simple thing to create the product in that particular niche that your market wants.
It is easy to sell them.

Example

If you visit the group of senior citizens to find the people who are doing the gym and you have an idea to create a supplement for them. So, It is only a waste of time because they don't want the supplement.

If you visit a student who wants to become a doctor and you want to sell them some gaming products. So, It is not a good approach.
because student aim not to be a gamer.
